0175(2)During the visit, Licensor observed a hot tub in the unlicensed space that did not meet WAC requirements for a physical barrier with a locking mechanism. The hot tub cover buckled close, but does not lock. The physical barrier is less that 48" at the deck gate and does not have a locking mechanism.
